Our use of the subscription service

We use our own subscription service to create websites where visitors can learn more about modelcars24. The data we collect and manage using the subscription service for our own marketing belongs to us and will be utilised, disclosed and protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you visit our websites

You are free to visit our websites without sharing any personal data with us. When you visit the websites or register for the subscription service, we require you to share personal data with us and we collect navigation data.

„Personal data“

This term refers to data that you provide to us voluntarily and that can be used to identify you personally. This includes contact information such as your name, your e-mail address, the name of your company, your address and your telephone number as well as other data about you or your business. Log files

When you view content provided by us, we automatically collect data about your hardware and software. This data may include your IP address, browser type, domain name, Internet Service Provider (ISP), files viewed on our website (e.g. HTML pages and graphics), operating system, clickstream data, access times and addresses of websites that referred you to our website. Dr Jeschke uses this data to compile general statistics on the use of Dr Jeschke websites. For this purpose, we link this automatically collected data with other personal data such as name, e-mail address, address and telephone number.

Third-party data collected by us

We always adhere to this Privacy Policy when using the data we collect. Customers who subscribe to our subscription services are bound by our contracts with them to comply with this Privacy Policy. We never sell personal data. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

In addition to the uses mentioned elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To improve your browsing experience by personalising our websites for you and to further improve the subscription service.
  • To send you information or content by post, email or otherwise which we think you may find interesting and to send you marketing communications about our business.

Utilisation of navigation data

We use Navigational Data to operate and optimise our websites and to provide you with a better experience when interacting with Dr. Jeschke. We may also use navigation data on its own or in combination with personal data to provide you with personalised information about Dr. Jeschke. Navigation data such as your IP address is used to determine your approximate location. For example, we may use your approximate location to provide you with translated content or to select a suitable time (by local time) to send you emails. 

You can deactivate the collection and use of location data in your settings at browser, operating system or device level. Contact privat@drjeschke.de to withdraw your consent to the collection and use of location data.

Testimonials and comments from customers

We publish testimonials and comments from customers on our websites. These reports and comments may contain personal data. Before publishing a customer's name and testimonial, we obtain their consent by e-mail.

Utilisation of payment data 

If you provide us with payment details, we will only use them as authorised by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy to enable you to use the Subscription Services, including to verify your ability to pay and to collect the relevant amount from you. We have engaged an external service provider to process credit card payments. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain or utilise the information you provide except for the sole purpose of processing the credit card payment for us.

Security of your personal data

We use various security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We protect the personal data you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment. There they are protected from unauthorised access, use and disclosure. At your request, we will correct or delete data that you have published on the websites, as described below under „Unsubscribing from our communications“.

Storage of personal data

How long we store the information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in detail below. After the relevant period, we either delete the information or anonymise it. If neither is possible, we will store the information securely and block it from any further use until it can be deleted.

Flash cookies and other third-party tracking technologies Adobe Flash Player (and similar applications) uses a special technology to store settings, preferences and usage data. This technology creates locally stored objects, often referred to as „flash cookies“. Dr Jeschke does not use Flash cookies.

Third-party tracking technologies

Unsubscribe from our communications

You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications. To do so, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, send us an email to privat@drjeschke.de or by post to Dr Jeschke, Ant’ Flintenkamp 8, D-26632 Ihlow, Attention: private. Customers cannot unsubscribe from receiving transactional emails relating to their account with us or the subscription service.

Unsubscribe from messages from our customers

Our customers are solely responsible for their own marketing emails and other communications. We cannot unsubscribe you from receiving communications from our clients. You can unsubscribe from our clients' marketing communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of their emails or by contacting our clients directly.
