The Mercedes 300 SL was the fastest car of its time. Thanks to its ingenious design and butterfly doors, it is regarded as the world's first „super sports car“.

The Mercedes 300 SL was a motoring legend from day one: Its eye-catching design with the spectacular butterfly doors, as well as several technical innovations and an exceptional engine, upset even the most enthusiastic drivers.
