Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The shipping costs include the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finalised during the ordering process. However, they cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.
