Description
CMC Jaguar C Type, 1954, Carrera Panamericana, Fancisco Ibarra / Fernando Pinal #13
The C-Type was at home on many of the famous race tracks from the end of 1952 to 1955 and was successful with the star drivers of the 50s at the wheel. The drivers basked in the success of the car and the Jaguar brand basked in the success of the winning drivers. No matter how big the challenge of the competition was, there was always a team in a C-Type to take it on. This was also the case in the toughest motorsport event of the fifties, the Carrera Panamericana. Drivers Ibarra and Pinal competed in 1953 and 54, but did not finish. Nevertheless, CMC decided to develop this interesting motorsport and colour variant. The result is a miniature of impressive charisma and sporting dynamism.
