The Alfa Romeo 4C Spider was one of the absolute stars and one of the most eagerly awaited models at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
The driving experience of the Alfa Romeo 4C was that of a super sports car. The rear-wheel drive, the 1.75-litre turbo mid-engine (with up to 240 hp) and the perfect power-to-weight ratio were developed to ensure maximum agility and the performance of a super sports car. This result was achieved by using ultra-light materials such as carbon fibre, aluminium and composite materials. The interior is also made of carbon fibre and the racing seats guarantee the driver a sporty yet comfortable seating position. The 6-speed gearbox with Alfa TCT is a technical solution that combines the spontaneity of a sequential gearbox with the comfort of an automatic transmission. The sports suspension, the braking system with self-ventilated discs, the tyres with different diameters and all the other elements of the Alfa Romeo 4C (discontinued model) have been developed to optimise its performance and offer an incomparable driving experience.
