Description
BBR Ferrari 250 Lusso 1963 | 1:18
The Gran Turismo, produced from 1963 to 1964, is considered one of the most elegant creations from Maranello. This model, often referred to as the GTL or simply Lusso, offers a more spacious and comfortable interior than the classic 250 GT Berlinetta. Although the vehicle was not designed for professional racing, it left a lasting mark on the marque's history. Following the standards of the time, the bodywork design came from Pininfarina, while the perfect execution was carried out by Carrozzeria Scaglietti.
Unlike the 250 GTE, the Lusso was consistently designed as a two-seater coupé. During its relatively short eighteen-month production run, it marked the end of the classic 250 GT era. This precise miniature impresses with exceptional detail, particularly in the interior. Finely crafted elements such as the delicate luggage straps and the accurately replicated stitching on the rear shelf bear witness to the highest levels of craftsmanship and technical authenticity.
