The legendary abbreviation GTA has stood for „Gran Turismo Alleggerita“ since 1965 and originally designated the lightweight version of the Giulia GT developed by Autodelta. To mark Alfa Romeo's 110th anniversary, this time-honoured philosophy has been reinterpreted. The modern Giulia GTA is based on the brand's high-performance saloon and is powered by a more powerful version of the 2.9-litre V6 bi-turbo engine with 540 bhp.

Through the consistent use of weight-reducing materials such as carbon fibre, aluminium, and modern composite materials, the vehicle weight has been reduced by 100 kilograms. The resulting power-to-weight ratio is directly aligned with the historical models that once made motorsport history with three consecutive European Championship titles.

This 1:18 scale precision model authentically replicates the distinctive aerodynamic lines of the Giulia GTA. The exact finishing is evident right down to the interior and wheel arches, where specific features like red brake callipers and black seatbelts precisely document the original’s technical orientation.
