BBR Ferrari F8 Tributo Spider – Green Jewel | 1:18

This model presents the open-top variant of the Italian mid-engined sports car, produced from late 2019 to 2023. Unlike the coupé version, the car features a motorised retractable hard top (RHT), which in reality can be opened and closed in 14 seconds at speeds of up to 45 km/h. To accommodate the complex roof mechanics, the characteristic Lexan engine cover has been replaced by a redesigned rear end with distinctive aerodynamic fins.

The naming is a direct homage to the most powerful V8 engine to date in a road-legal vehicle from Maranello and marks the end of the pure internal combustion engine era for this series. The front of the vehicle is dominated by the so-called S-duct, which precisely channels air from the front bumper over the bonnet. Extremely narrow, horizontal full-LED headlights were developed for the integration of this system. The openings above them not only serve an aesthetic purpose but also function as intakes, directing cool air directly to the large front brake systems. The side air intakes are also consistently designed for optimal engine cooling.

The highly detailed 1:18 scale replica impresses with its Green Jewel paint finish. The roof is body-coloured, harmonising with the Grigio Corsa wheels and the black-painted brake callipers. The interior features matte black seats, complemented by fine green details and the iconic Cavallino emblem.
