The mid-engined supercar was introduced at the end of 2019 and produced until 2023. The main difference compared to the coupé variant is the retractable hardtop (RHT), which can be opened or closed in just 14 seconds at speeds of up to 45 km/h. To accommodate this roof mechanism, the coupé's characteristic rear window was replaced by a redesigned engine cover with aerodynamically shaped twin struts.

The suffix Tribute is a tribute to the most powerful V8 engine ever fitted to a road-going vehicle from the marque – and simultaneously the last of its kind in the pure internal combustion engine era. The front end is dominated by what is known as the S-Duct dominates. This special air ducting efficiently guides the airflow from the front bumper over the bonnet. To create the necessary space for this, extremely narrow, horizontal full-LED headlights were developed. The area above the headlights not only serves an aesthetic purpose but also functions as a functional air intake, which directs cooling air directly to the oversized front brake system. A similar principle is used for the side air intakes, which significantly increase the engine's thermal efficiency and cooling performance.
