During Monterey Car Week in August 2024, Pagani unveiled the first iteration of the Utopia Roadster. This vehicle continues the legacy of the coupé while incorporating new, distinctive elements. Offering the flexibility of open-top or closed-cabin driving, the Utopia Roadster is the first road-legal vehicle equipped with the innovative Pirelli Cyber Tyre sensor system. This technology allows tyres to communicate directly with the vehicle, thereby enhancing active safety. Production is strictly limited to just 130 examples, with each one being an absolute one-off through extensive customisation options.

The Utopia is the third main project from the San Cesario sul Panaro manufacturer, following the Zonda and Huayra, and is the result of six years of development. Its styling is heavily inspired by the great Italian racing tradition of the 1950s and 1960s. Compared to the Zonda, the Utopia foregoes angular lines in favour of a more flowing body design. Unlike the Huayra, it manages without complex active aerodynamic elements at the rear. Instead, the Utopia relies on an aerodynamic form fully integrated into the body. This approach has allowed for a 20 percent reduction in body components, resulting in a completely new, aerodynamically highly refined profile.
