BBR Ferrari 512 BB Targa Anliker 1984 – Red | 1:18

The sports car was originally presented in 1976 at the Paris Motor Show as a road-legal vehicle. While other series were already being delivered at that time with an integrated Targa roof, this concept was not available as standard from the factory for the current model series. For the Swiss design studio Ueli Anliker, the technical challenge was to construct the first and only Targa model of this series. The specially developed roof can be stowed precisely behind the two seats and locked back into place with a single action.

The modified vehicle produces 520 hp and reaches a top speed of 330 km/h. The body has a significant width of 214 cm and is equipped with 11-inch wheels on the front axle and 16-inch wheels on the rear axle. Technical and visual details include a red powder-coated engine block and gold-plated intake manifolds, wheel nuts, and body emblems. The interior is completely lined with fine de Sede leather. The overall design concept is presented in a precise coordination of the colours red, white, and gold, documenting the craftsmanship of this historic conversion from 1984.
