With this model, the traditional Italian manufacturer presented its 20th open-top roadster at the Geneva Motor Show in 2000. Despite the prominent and visible position of the V8 mid-engine, the engineers succeeded in integrating a fully retractable, automatic soft-top into the flowing design.

Aerodynamic efficiency is achieved through separate double vents for the coolers, which direct air specifically under the vehicle floor to the rear extractors. Two roll-over bars, seamlessly integrated into the headrests, ensure a high level of occupant safety. Significant technical innovations also include the extensive use of aluminium as a structural material for the chassis.

This exclusive miniature is captivating with its precisely replicated detailing of the fittings. These include the black Daytona seats, a central decorative stripe in the Italian national colours, and the characteristic Challenge rear grille, which underscores the sporty character.
