A small team of specialists crafts this exclusive collector's item by hand with precision, limited to just 50 pieces worldwide. With an imposing length of over 71 centimetres, the miniature reflects the original down to the smallest millimetre. The basis for this absolute dimensional accuracy is formed by the original CAD data and authentic colour codes provided directly by McLaren Racing. Over 2,500 hours went into the complex development, whilst the production of each individual model takes more than 250 hours. Thousands of fine mechanical components, including precisely milled CNC metal parts, detailed castings and fine photo-etched parts, are assembled into a physical work of art. Thanks to the use of top-class materials, the model offers a perfect synthesis of technical authenticity and traditional model-making art.
