In 1978, Ferrari began developing a high-performance racing version of the 512 BB, which, following extensive aerodynamic revisions by Pininfarina, finally took to the track as the 512 BB LM. This 1:8 scale model precisely replicates the number 68 NART team car that competed in the 1979 24 Hours of Daytona.

The handcrafted collector's item captivates with its deep technical authenticity. Beneath the hinged engine cover at the rear lies an exact, highly detailed replica of the 4.9-litre V12 engine. The opening doors reveal the spartan racing interior, which has been faithfully reproduced with the finest elements such as realistic interior wiring and the emergency fire extinguisher. The development and manufacturing took place in close collaboration with Ferrari using original CAD data, precise digital scans and historical archive images. Final inspection by the original design and engineering teams guarantees complete accuracy in scale and materials.
