Amalgam Ferrari F50 – Red | 1:8

The Ferrari F50 was developed to mark the company's 50th anniversary and, as a purist driving machine, brought genuine Formula 1 technology directly to the road. As an uncompromising successor to the F40, it consistently dispensed with electronic driving aids and instead impressed with lightweight construction, cutting-edge aerodynamics and a high-revving naturally aspirated V12 engine.

This 1:8 scale model, limited to 199 pieces, precisely reflects the technical perfection of the original. Over 4,000 hours went into the development of this collector's item, which measures over 56 centimetres in length and requires a further 40 hours of meticulous hand assembly per piece. The model consists of thousands of individually manufactured components, including high-quality castings, fine photo-etched parts and CNC-machined metal components. Absolute attention to detail is achieved thanks to close cooperation with Ferrari and the use of original CAD data, exact paint codes and authentic material specifications. Fully opening elements provide a detailed view of the complex engineering, the purist interior and the precisely replicated engine compartment. Prior to final production, the prototype was intensively inspected by Ferrari's engineering and design teams and officially approved for its scale accuracy.
