Description

Amalgam Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 „Monza“ 1932 Monaco Grand Prix Winner - Tazio Nuvolari - Red | 1:8

The Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 „Monza“ is an automotive masterpiece by Vittorio Jano and profoundly shaped Grand Prix racing in the early 1930s. This model accurately reproduces the winning car driven by Tazio Nuvolari at the Monaco Grand Prix on 17 April 1932.

The 1:8 scale model car is limited to just 199 examples worldwide and has an imposing length of over 49 centimetres. The development of the collector's item took over 5,000 hours and is based on precise CAD data created through a detailed scan of the original chassis 2111043 from Ralph Lauren's collection. A small team of experienced specialists requires more than 500 hours of work for the purely manual assembly of each individual model.

Crafted from the finest materials, this model consists of thousands of precisely engineered individual parts, including fine castings, photo-etched parts and CNC-machined metal components. A standout detail is the removable bonnet, which reveals the intricately reconstructed engine. This miniature combines the highest technical authenticity with fine model-making craftsmanship.
