Description

Amalgam Ferrari 250 TR 1958 Le Mans „Lucybelle II“ – White | 1:8

In 1958, a new development from Maranello secured the World Sports Car Championship for Scuderia Ferrari. At that year's running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, car number 22 – entered under the name „Lucybelle II“ by privateer drivers Ed Hugus and Ray Erickson – achieved a well-deserved seventh place in the overall standings.

Limited to just 199 examples, this 1:8 scale model puts craftsmanship centre stage. Taking over 400 hours of handwork, each miniature is assembled from thousands of precisely manufactured individual parts. The development, which took more than 4,000 hours, is based on high-precision digital scans of the original chassis 0734. The paint codes and material specifications were determined in close cooperation with Ferrari Classiche and the historians of the Automobile Club de l’Ouest. The model features a removable engine cover as well as an opening boot, providing an exact view of the intricate engineering. The finest photo-etched parts and CNC-machined metal components underline the technical authenticity. This officially licensed Le Mans product is presented on a carbon-fibre or leather base, which is secured by a clear acrylic dust cover.
