Amalgam Ferrari 333 SP 1998 Le Mans – Red | 1:8

With this open sports prototype, the Italian manufacturer returned successfully to international sports car racing in the 1990s after an absence of more than two decades. The chassis shown here competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1998 under the banner of Moretti Racing Inc., having previously achieved victories at Daytona and Sebring.

This 1:8 scale replica, limited to just 199 pieces captures the technical sophistication of the LMP race car with uncompromising precision. More than 4,000 hours of development were invested in the construction of the model, while the artisanal production of each approximately 56-centimetre-long example requires over 400 hours of labour. Assembly is carried out using original CAD data, paint codes and material specifications directly from Ferrari. Thousands of precisely fitting individual parts, including precise castings, photo-etchings and CNC-machined metal components, authentically assemble the vehicle. A particular technical feature is the fully removable front and engine covers, which reveal an exact view of the highly detailed V12 engine and the complex chassis mechanics.
