Description
Amalgam Ferrari F2002 2002 Canadian Grand Prix – Red | 1:8
The Ferrari F2002 is regarded as one of the most successful Formula 1 cars in history and dominated the 2002 season in an unprecedented manner. This model honours that exact car with the number 1, with which Michael Schumacher secured Scuderia Ferrari's 150th Formula 1 victory at the Canadian Grand Prix.
The 1:8 scale model, strictly limited to just 50 examples worldwide, captivates with its outstanding precision. Measuring over 58 centimetres in length, each miniature is crafted by a small team of specialised artisans in over 250 hours of manual work. This was preceded by an intensive development period of more than 2,500 hours to accurately replicate the aerodynamics and mechanics.
Thousands of precisely manufactured individual parts, including high-quality cast components, photo-etched parts and CNC-machined metal elements, ensure the utmost technical authenticity. The design was based directly on the original CAD data and the exact paint codes provided by Scuderia Ferrari. The result is a detailed and factually flawless replica of this historic racing car that meets the highest standards of model-making art.
