Description

Amalgam Maserati 250F 1957 German Grand Prix Juan Manuel Fangio – Red | 1:18

The Maserati 250F is considered one of the most perfectly proportioned Formula 1 cars in history and significantly shaped the era of front-engined racing cars. This model precisely represents the car with which Juan Manuel Fangio secured his fifth World Championship title at the German Grand Prix at the Nürburgring on 4 August 1957 – a race that went down in motorsport history as one of the greatest driving performances of all time.

The 1:18 scale replica was precisely hand-crafted and assembled by a small team of highly skilled model makers. Over 800 hours went into the meticulous development of this collector's item, which measures over 23 centimetres in length. For absolute scale and detail accuracy, Amalgam used original CAD data obtained from the digital scan of a real 250F. Every component boasts the highest material quality: precise castings, fine photo-etched parts and CNC-machined metal components ensure an authentic reproduction.

Note: This vehicle is designed as a classic curbside model. It features a flawless, completely closed bodywork without moving parts, which showcases the flowing aerodynamic lines of the historical original completely undisturbed.
