As the direct successor to the 650S, the McLaren 720S embodies the consistent evolution of the Super Series and captivates with its revolutionary aerodynamics and the ultra-lightweight MonoCage II carbon chassis. With its 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine and the striking omission of side radiator intakes, this vehicle redefines the limits of modern lightweight construction and driving dynamics.

This 1:8 scale model showcases the McLaren 720S in its striking livery Azores Orange, exactly as the original vehicle celebrated its world premiere at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. The collector's item is painstakingly handcrafted and assembled in Amalgam's workshops. Original CAD data provided directly by McLaren Automotive served as the basis for its development. To guarantee absolute attention to detail and exact proportions, the entire creation process was strictly monitored by the automobile manufacturer's engineering and design teams.

Both in the paint finish and in the selection of materials for the interior and exterior, specifications defined precisely according to the manufacturer's instructions were used. Limited to only 199 examples worldwide, the model rests on a noble presentation base finished with carbon fibre or leather, and is protected by a custom-made acrylic dust cover. The elegant finish is provided by a polished stainless steel plaque on the front bearing the original brand logos, the model name and the individual edition number.
