Amalgam Porsche 917 KH 1971 Le Mans Winner Martini Livery Race Weathered – White | 1:18
In 1971, the Porsche 917 KH secured overall victory for the German brand at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with Gijs van Lennep and Helmut Marko at the wheel, setting a distance record that remained unbroken for decades. This historic vehicle marks one of the most defining eras in the history of motorsport.
This 1:18 scale model, limited to just 100 examples, was developed in close collaboration with Porsche. Based on detailed digital scans of the original chassis and factory paint codes, the development of the base model required over 800 hours of work. A small team of specialists handcrafts each piece from precision castings, photo-etched parts and CNC-machined metal components. The special feature of this edition is the hand-applied Weathered-Patina, which precisely replicates the dirt and signs of use from the 24-hour race using archival images. Each model is accompanied by a high-quality giclée print by motorsport photographer Rainer Schlegelmilch. As a so-called curbside model, it features a completely closed bodywork with no moving parts.
