This historic motorsport classic secured overall victory at the 1971 24 Hours of Le Mans under Gijs van Lennep and Helmut Marko in the familiar Martini design. In doing so, the drivers set a distance record of over 5,000 kilometres, which was to stand for almost four decades.

The 1:8 scale physical implementation focuses entirely on technical authenticity and the art of model-making. Over 4,000 development hours resulted in an exact replica of the original, based on original digital scans and specific Porsche colour codes. Each model is assembled by a specialised team in over 400 hours of delicate manual work.
