Description

Amalgam Tyrrell 006 1973 German Grand Prix (Jackie Stewart) – Blue | 1:8

This specific chassis 006/2 wrote motorsport history when Jackie Stewart drove it to a dominant victory at the German Grand Prix at the Nürburgring on 5 August 1973. It marked the 27th and final Grand Prix victory of the Scottish racing legend on his way to his third World Championship title.

The 1:8 scale miniature captures the technical complexity of the historic racing car with absolute precision. A high-resolution digital scan of the original chassis served as the basis for the construction, enabling an exact reproduction of the proportions and the striking aerodynamics. The collector's item, limited to just 99 examples worldwide took over 4,500 hours of development time to perfectly transfer the demanding mechanics of the original into model-making format.

Each model is hand-assembled by a specialised team in over 450 working hours. The structure is made up of thousands of precisely manufactured individual parts, including scaled cast components, fine photo-etched parts and precisely CNC-machined metal elements. Special attention is paid to the exposed mechanical details, such as the fully detailed Cosworth DFV V8 engine and the authentic cockpit. The model is officially licensed by Team Tyrrell Racing and has been checked for the highest historical accuracy.
