The most exclusive version of the Alfa Romeo 4C is called Competition. This special edition is characterised by specific design details that are consistently geared towards lightweight construction and sporty aerodynamics. The model features a motorsport-inspired look, a roof made entirely of carbon fibre, and a modified front apron. This is equipped with two side air inlets that are flush with the headlight housings painted in the vehicle's colour, complemented by additional air ducts in the lower sill area.

The rear is dominated by the distinctive central Akrapovič double exhaust system made of titanium with dual-mode function, framed by a carbon fibre surround. An aerodynamic spoiler, also made of visible carbon, is also located on the tailgate. The authentically recreated interior is full of attention to detail, with a numbered plaque on the centre tunnel and an aluminium insert bearing the precise engraving 4C Competizione.
