The Ferrari 12Cilindri Spider is powered by a naturally aspirated V12 engine from Maranello, producing 830 PS at a maximum speed of 9,500 rpm. The distinctive shapes of the two rear fins define the aerodynamic and visual character of the open-top grand tourer. The vehicle's clean lines are emphasised by muscularly sculpted wheel arches. The rear section blends harmoniously into the car's geometry, while the front is characterised by a clear design homage to the historic 365 GTB Daytona, perfectly complementing the side profile.

At the front, a continuous band integrates the headlights and daytime running lights in the form of narrow light blades. The design follows classic GT proportions with an elongated front, a compact passenger cell, and a shortened rear. The rear section, modified compared to the coupé, provides space for the convertible top and emphasises the lines with lighting units that extend across the entire width of the vehicle.
