A naturally aspirated V12 engine from Maranello, producing 830 hp at a maximum speed of 9,500 rpm, forms the technical heart of this vehicle. The striking shapes of the two rear fins shape the characteristic appearance of the open-top variant. The clean lines gain a powerful presence through the accentuated wheel arches. The rear section blends seamlessly into the vehicle's geometry, while the front wheel arches are notable for a design homage to the historic 365 GTB Daytona. A continuous band at the front integrates the headlights and daytime running lights precisely into the bodywork.

The classic GT proportions are evident in a long bonnet, a compact passenger cell, and a short rear. The rear module has been structurally adapted compared to the coupé to accommodate the convertible top's mechanics, and is finished with a continuous light band.
