Description
BBR Ferrari 360 Modena Spider Automatic Gearbox – Gloss Black | 1:18
At the Geneva Motor Show in 2000, the twentieth convertible from Maranello made its debut. Despite the V8 engine being visibly mounted at the rear, the engineers constructed a fully retractable, automatic roof. Aerodynamic efficiency was achieved through separate cooling vents that directed airflow specifically under the vehicle's floor to the rear diffusers.
Two integrated roll-over bars behind the headrests ensure structural safety for the occupants. A key technical innovation of the series was the use of aluminium as a load-bearing material for the chassis. This collector's model accurately and to scale reproduces the characteristic design features and technical details of the original.
