The Assetto Fiorano package for the Ferrari 849 Testarossa Spider is designed for consistent performance optimisation. Through the extensive use of carbon fibre and titanium, a significant weight reduction of 30 kilograms is achieved. Aerodynamic adjustments such as the special double rear wings replace the coupé’s standard rear end. Exclusive decorative stripes complete the sporty and precise appearance.

The Spider variant is equipped with an electrically retractable hardtop (RHT), whose mechanism completes the opening and closing process in 14 seconds. The Ferrari 849 Testarossa, presented in 2025, revives a historic model designation that was first used in 1956 for the 500 TR to refer to the red-painted cylinder heads. The body design is inspired by the sports prototypes of the 1970s. The distinctive bridge between the headlights quotes stylistic elements of the 12Cilindri and F80, while the deeply contoured doors serve as aerodynamic air ducts for efficient engine cooling.

As the direct successor to the SF90 Stradale, the vehicle features a highly advanced plug-in hybrid powertrain. This combines a V8 twin-turbo engine with three electric motors to create a technically complex and extremely powerful drive system.
