The Ferrari Amalfi Spider officially succeeds the Roma Spider. While its predecessor was known for its retro-modern aesthetic inspired by the classic era, the Amalfi picks up this stylistic language and develops it consistently. The proven 2+2 seating configuration and front-mid-engine layout are retained, but the body shapes have been specifically refined and aerodynamically optimised.

The world premiere of the Amalfi Spider took place on 12 March 2026, during a digital presentation broadcast live from Maranello, following the Amalfi Coupé which was unveiled in July 2025. A technical highlight in the interior is the redesigned steering wheel, which again features physical and tactile buttons, including a striking red aluminium engine start button. The roof is constructed from an elaborate, five-layer fabric design, offering thermal and acoustic insulation comparable to a fixed hardtop. The mechanism allows for opening and closing in just 13.5 seconds at speeds of up to 60 km/h.
