BBR Ferrari FX 1995 – Red | 1:18

This exclusive model commemorates a special chapter in automotive history: the Ferrari FX from 1995. The history of this vehicle dates back to an exclusive request from the family circle of the Sultan of Brunei, who wished for a Ferrari with an automatic transmission. The Ferrari Testarossa served as the technical basis. For the sophisticated implementation, the design house Pininfarina collaborated with specialists from Prodrive, who contributed their extensive technical expertise to the project.

To integrate the complex electronics and the new gearbox into the chassis, the vehicle's architecture was modified and the radiator was relocated to the front. The engine received a power increase, while the exhaust system was revised and freed from its catalytic converters. Visually, the FX also clearly distanced itself from its predecessor: a completely redesigned carbon fibre body – a material that was still a complete rarity in automotive engineering in the mid-1990s – gave the car a softer, more modern, and extremely elegant design language.
