When Piero Ferrari decided to configure his personal car, he found inspiration in a historic precedent: his father Enzo Ferrari's 400 Superamerica. These two special automobiles are linked by the same distinctive colour scheme across a period of 60 years. It is a thread of colour that spans more than half a century of technical development, preserving Piero Ferrari's personal memories.

The shade chosen for this personalisation is called Verde Dora – precisely the hue of the 400 Superamerica that Enzo Ferrari once drove. This unusual paint job remained deeply etched in the memory of a teenage Piero Ferrari, even though the history of the original vehicle remains shrouded in some mystery to this day.

The collector's model presented corresponds to the original vehicle down to the smallest detail and features a precise replica of the roof in visible carbon fibre. A strict limitation underlines the exclusive character of this historically inspired example.
