The design of the Maserati GT2 Stradale represents a consistent evolution of the MC20. The technical construction aims to adapt the dynamics and aerodynamics of a thoroughbred racing car for road-legal use.

The front end is dominated by an enlarged air intake that optimises airflow to the engine and cooling systems. Sculptural lines and generously dimensioned cooling openings characterise the powerful body shape. The bonnet, with its distinct profile edges, hints at the V6 biturbo engine beneath. The aerodynamically designed silhouette features widened wheel arches and striking side skirts that channel airflow specifically to the rear. An adjustable rear wing generates high downforce and ensures driving stability at high speeds. Narrow, sharply drawn LED headlights define the vehicle's modern front signature.
