shortened windscreen and a newly shaped roof. The car later changed hands several times until its current Italian owner
owner had it restored to its original condition in 1981 and Piper's modifications were removed.

The car presented by CMC was driven at Silverstone on 20 July 1963 and finished 2nd in the OA and 2nd in the GT class. Further successes include 4th place.
