Description
CMC Lancia D50 Monaco GP 1955 #30, Eugenio Castellotti - Limited to 1500 units
The talented Eugenio Castellotti was a regular driver for Scuderia Lancia alongside Alberto Ascari and Luigi Villoresi. In Monaco, where the 1955 Grand Prix was also organised as the European Grand Prix, he started the race from fourth place. Only Fangio, Ascari and Moss had been faster than him in practice. His driving skills and the failures of the favourites brought him second place in the end - just 20 seconds behind the winner Maurice Trintignant in a Ferrari. CMC has authentically and meticulously recreated every detail of the car that contested this legendary and turbulent race with starting number 30.
