An eventful year 2025 is drawing to a close. When we look in the rear-view mirror, we see a year that for us at Modelcars24 was characterised by exclusivity, technical perfection and close ties with the collector community.
Together with you, we celebrated the fascination of automotive history in miniature format. Here are our joint highlights:
Pit stop in Bremen: The Porsche 910
Right at the beginning of the year, we were able to present a real highlight at the Bremen Classic Motorshow. The Porsche 910 from Orca Restoration was a particular eye-catcher on our stand. The combination of legendary racing heritage in 1:1 scale and our high-end miniatures made for unforgettable petrol talks.
Modelcars24 Masterpieces: When modelling becomes art
Our Masterpieces have set new standards in 2025. We are particularly proud of our collaboration with Martisan and the outstanding work of our modellers:
Ferrari 250 GTO (chassis 4153GT) in 1:18: A technical marvel with a body made of real sheet copper and real glass panes. Only 50 exclusive examples of this model exist worldwide. Unfortunately, they are now all sold out.
Manufactory highlights: Our in-house refinements, such as the Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing or the Bugatti 57 Atlantic, have also made collectors' hearts beat faster all over the world.
Project launch: The 300 SL Roadster in 1:8 scale
For all those who want to combine a love of detail with their own craftsmanship, we have launched a mammoth project this year: Together with IXO, we are launching the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster as a 1:8 scale kit. A model of impressive size and precision. We will be able to present the first prototype at the beginning of next year.
Exclusive special models & the "Authentic" series
The expansion of our modelcars24 authentic editions was a project close to our hearts. Models such as the CMC Ferrari 250 GTO or the Mercedes Targa Florio, which appear in a detailed „as-raced“ look (with authentic racing dirt and signs of wear), have shown that true beauty often lies in the traces of a tough race. These strictly limited one-offs are now the crown jewels of many collections.
CMC highlight: The Ferrari 250 LM is here!
After much anticipation, the time had finally come in autumn 2025: the CMC Ferrari 250 LM went on sale. This model is a prime example of CMC's craftsmanship and has already found a place of honour in our customers' display cabinets.
The year 2025 also marked the 30th anniversary of our partner CMC Classic Model Cars. We are proud to have accompanied this anniversary with the spectacular Signature Edition of the Ferrari 250 GTO. It is inspiring to see how the bar in high-end modelling is raised a little higher every year.
A black Friday of superlatives
A big thank you to everyone who took part in our Amalgam Black Friday campaign! The success was overwhelming. Whether delicate 1:18 models or the monumental 1:8 models from Amalgam - we are delighted that so many dream cars have found a new home.
