The Martisan 250 GTO chassis sets new standards in high-end modelling. Far more than a mere static replica, this model impresses with its unrivalled mechanical complexity and functional fidelity.

Mechanical masterpiece
Martisan attaches great importance to the authentic reproduction of technical processes. The centrepiece of the model is the highly detailed V12 engine:

• Full mechanics: The engine has a realistic crankshaft including connecting rod and pistons.
• Frictional connection: The entire system is friction-locked, from the engine to the transmission to the rear wheels.
• Interactive kinematics: When the model is moved, the pistons are set in a realistic up and down movement via the drive train (differential and gearbox).

Depth of detail & materiality
The model consists mainly of high-quality metal components and largely dispenses with plastic, which gives it an exceptional feel and quality:

• Running gear: prototypically functioning suspension with realistic shock absorbers and oscillating exhaust.
• Interior & peripherals: The foot pedal, gear lever, steering wheel and fuel filler cap are fully articulated.
• Wheels: Handmade spoked wheels (0.3 mm spokes) with rubber tyres that simulate the look and structure of air-filled tyres.

Special features of this specimen

• Semi-open motor design: Enables a direct view of the functioning mechanics.
• Additional components: The engine parts „missing“ in the visible area are included as a precise kit to give the collector the choice between technical transparency and a complete look.
• Precision in detail: Functional belt pulleys and alternator belts as well as true-to-original brake discs round off the overall picture.
