modelcars24 authentic CMC Ferrari 250 LM Le Mans Winner 1965 Rindt/Gregory
CMC M-263 presents chassis 5893, with which Jochen Rindt and Masten Gregory drove to sensational overall victory in the 1965 24 Hours of Le Mans under the N.A.R.T. entry with starting number #21. In our Authentic series, we are creating 6 exclusive models that show the Ferrari in the condition in which it might have crossed the finish line after the gruelling heat battle.
The details of the „After Race“ edition:
Rims & chassis: Like the original, our model has silver-coloured painted rims on which a thick layer of brake dust, tyre abrasion and road dirt has settled over the course of 24 hours.
Front end: The distinctive snout and wind deflector are marked by countless insects that bear witness to the high speeds on the Hunaudières straight.
Traces of bodywork: There are light streaks on the bodywork from the intensive use of the windscreen washer system. The typical soot deposits at the rear also bear witness to the power of the V12 engine.
Pit stop realism: In the hustle and bustle of the nightly refuelling stops, it was inevitable that a little petrol got onto the bodywork and left its mark.
Exclusive equipment
This model comes with a high-quality display case, an engraved plaque and a certificate. It is a strictly limited collector's item - only six examples worldwide - that brings the unrivalled racing atmosphere of Le Mans 1965 directly into your collection.
