Prices, shipping charges and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The shipping costs include VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, they cannot be increased, only reduced to your advantage.
