The car with starting number 45, driven by Jean-Marc Gounon, \u00c9ric Bernard, and Paul Belmondo \u2013 the son of the famous actor \u2013 proved to be the more successful of the two entries. The trio finished the demanding endurance race in 12th place overall and also secured 6th place in the GT1 category.<\/p>\n<p>A technical highlight of this F40 LM specification is evident in the revised rear-end aerodynamics. A significantly larger rear wing compared to previous years required structural adaptations to mechanically support the new aerodynamic concept.
