The design and driving dynamics of this vehicle are consistently modelled on purist supercars. Powered by a mid-mounted 1.75-litre four-cylinder turbo engine, the unit delivers 240 horsepower, which is transmitted directly to the rear axle for maximum traction.<\/p>\n<p>The focus of development was on an optimal power-to-weight ratio. This goal was achieved through the targeted use of ultra-light materials such as carbon fibre, aluminium, and modern composite materials. The monocoque concept is also carried through to the interior, where exposed carbon fibre dominates and sporty cut seats offer a precise balance of lateral support and ergonomics. Power transmission is handled by a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission (Alfa TCT), which combines the fast shift times of a sequential gearbox with the efficiency of an automatic.<\/p>\n<p>The technical specification is rounded off by uncompromising sports suspension, internally ventilated high-performance brakes and asymmetric mixed tyres.
