To pay fitting tribute to this iconic design, this sculpture was created as an exact 1:4 scale replica of the body.<\/p>\n<p>The imposing collector's item measures around one metre in length, weighs approximately five kilograms and is elaborately handcrafted. Just like the original in 1957, aluminium panels are rolled, panel-beaten and fitted over a precisely milled wooden buck using traditional coachbuilding methods. The shape of this framework is based on high-precision CAD data obtained by digitally scanning a historic 250 Testa Rossa.
