La F50, sviluppata per il 50\u00b0 anniversario della Ferrari, \u00e8 stata la vettura di Formula 1 pi\u00f9 stradale dell'azienda fino ad oggi. Grazie al suo approccio purista e senza compromessi alle alte prestazioni, la F50 rinunciava al servosterzo, al servofreno e all'ABS, ma faceva ampio uso di materiali compositi altamente sviluppati, della tecnologia costruttiva della Formula 1 e di un'aerodinamica sofisticata. Il numero di unit\u00e0 previsto \u00e8 stato determinato sulla base di uno studio di mercato che prevedeva 350 potenziali acquirenti in tutto il mondo. Il numero \u00e8 stato poi ridotto a 349, nello spirito di Enzo Ferrari, che ha descritto questa cifra come il numero di produzione perfetto: un'unit\u00e0 in meno rispetto alla quantit\u00e0 totale richiesta dal mercato.<\/p>\n
