Al Salone di Ginevra del 1972, la versione scoperta \u00e8 stata presentata al pubblico. Il successo di questo veicolo \u00e8 dimostrato dai numeri di produzione: delle circa 4.000 unit\u00e0 prodotte della serie 246, 1.200 sono state consegnate come Spider.<\/p>\n<p>Rispetto al suo diretto predecessore, il 206 GT, il Dino 246 port\u00f2 con s\u00e9 modifiche tecniche di vasta portata. Una delle modifiche essenziali riguard\u00f2 il monoblocco del motore, dove si rinunci\u00f2 all'alluminio e si opt\u00f2 invece interamente per la robusta ghisa.<\/p>\n<p>Una caratteristica distintiva della variante GTS \u00e8 il tetto rimovibile, cos\u00ec come i sedili distintivi in stile Daytona.
